Welcome to LetterAvatar letter avatar generation service! By using this service, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to comply with these terms. If you disagree, please do not use this service.
Service Description
LetterAvatar provides a service that generates letter avatars based on text input. We strive to provide high availability, but do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. The service may undergo maintenance or updates periodically.
Usage License
LetterAvatar grants you a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use avatars generated through our service in both personal and commercial projects. You may use the generated avatars in websites, applications, printed materials, and various other media.
Usage Limitations
The following uses are prohibited: (1) making massive requests for avatars in a way that may overload the service; (2) attempting to hack, reverse engineer, or circumvent any part of the service; (3) using automated tools to scrape content in bulk; (4) using the service to generate avatars with discriminatory, defamatory, or otherwise illegal content.
API Usage
Our API is available for free use, but we reserve the right to implement rate limits or other usage restrictions when necessary to ensure the stability and availability of the service. For high-volume or commercial API access, we recommend contacting us for details.
Technical Implementation
This service uses Cloudflare's edge computing technology to process and deliver avatars. Service quality partly depends on Cloudflare's availability. We will make efforts to ensure service quality but are not responsible for service interruptions caused by third-party infrastructure issues.
Intellectual Property
LetterAvatar's website interface, code, and design are protected by copyright. We claim no rights to the text parameters provided by users or the generated avatars, and you may freely use the generated avatars without attribution.
Disclaimer
This service is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to service interruptions, data loss, or inconvenience of use.
Service Changes
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the service at any time without notice. We may also update these terms at any time, with updates posted on the website and effective immediately. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
Applicable Law
These terms are governed by the laws of China. Any related disputes should be resolved through friendly consultation. If consultation fails, the dispute should be submitted to a court with jurisdiction.
